Opis
Izvleček:The white shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) is an organism of commercial importance, its crop production is linked to the proliferation of a number of microorganisms that grow in this broth composed of both beneficial and pathogenic bacteria, and its presence will be determined by the characteristics of the environment as their income through affluents. This study analizes the composition of the microbiota through biochemical tests and its response to various antimicrobials. A total of 132 samples were collected at 4 sites: sea, beach, pre and post-treatment sites between September, November 2015 and March 2016 determined as dry, transition and wet season ,the samples were inoculated into three different substrates: TCBS, TSA and TSA ([5 %] NaCl). For its identification, 20 biochemical tests were applied and for evaluating the response used the STATISTICA program, and then subjected to 8 antimicrobials, evaluating the behavior of the bacterial loads with the combined use of the programs Minitab and QGIS. As a result the transition period was the highest bacterial load, followed by the wet season and finally the dry season, 11 microorganisms were recorded but the present ones during the three periods were V. harveyi and V Damsela, the three main microorganism (V. harveyi, V. parahaemolyticus and V. alginolyticus) presented resistance in the culture systems, both pre and post treatment discharged waters, meanwhile the another bacterial strains previously got form sea and beach didn’t present resistance, suggesting a probable acquisition of resistance in the culture systems through the antibacterial treatment used on it. Keywords: Bacterial biochemistry, bacterial loads, larviculture, microbiology, microbial susceptibility.
