總結:The aim of this thesis is to define a Model of Integrated Management System in the "CONDIMENSA" company, located in Amaguaña applying the Technical Guideline INEN 2537: 2010, using research methodologies as scheduled recognition site visits, meetings with senior manager, administrative and operating staff, monitoring and auditing techniques. Matrices were developed for the assessment of Safety and Occupational Health Management, identifying hazards and assessing risks, which are mostly mechanical and ergonomic, that is why we are proposing intervention aims to reduce or mitigate the risks identified. The adjournment of environmental aspects and impacts was performed, considering the business activities and shows them in a matrix with proposals for operational control. The procedures for health care personnel and environmental management will allow "CONDIMENSA" create a specific quality manual to complete its Integrated Management System. The indicators proposed management for "CONDIMENSA" are instruments for measuring business objectives as quantitative expression of their performance, they help to identify deviations, corrective or preventive actions as appropriate and shows trends in every part of its Management System. This Integrated Management Model by applying the guideline INEN 2537: 2010 once implemented in CONDIMENSA, will influence their productivity, will allow preventing accidents and occupational diseases and will allow them to be environmentally responsible.
