Through this case study, emphasis is placed on the analysis of promotional strategies focused on tourist activity in the province of Los Ríos. For this purpose, a specific methodology was carried out, focusing on online searches of the websites of the cantons of study, as well as the tool of surveys for convenience. This research work is a pioneer in showing the digital marketing strategies carried out in the Province of Los Rios. It is expected that the results of this work will have both business and social implications. Being useful to apply new strategies in the territories and thus promote better and greater tourism development in them.

El conjunto de estrategias de marketing adaptadas a la era digital actual, se lo nombra como marketing digital y resulta indispensable en la gestión de productos y destinos turísticos. Mediante este estudio de caso, se hace énfasis al análisis de estrategias promocionales enfocadas en la actividad turística en la provincia de Los Ríos. Para ello, se llevó a cabo una metodología concreta centrada en búsquedas online, de las páginas webs de los cantones de estudio así como, la herramienta de encuestas por conveniencia. El presente trabajo de investigación es pionero en mostrar las estrategias de marketing digital llevadas a cabo en la Provincia de Los Ríos. Se espera que los resultados emitidos de este trabajo tengan implicaciones tanto empresariales como sociales.
