| Summary: | The present research work focused on determining the incidence of learning environments on the learning process of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) at the (UEAMA) during the 2024 school year. The characteristics of the physical and virtual environments, the available resources, the pedagogical practices implemented and the curricular adaptations made were analyzed. Through surveys, interviews and observations, data was collected on the perceptions of students, teachers and other stakeholders. The quality of learning environments significantly influences the academic, social and emotional progress of students with SEN. Enriched environments with adapted resources, flexible organization and inclusive pedagogical practices favored greater development of students' skills. Teacher training in inclusive education is a key factor to ensure the implementation of effective pedagogical strategies. Trained teachers showed greater ability to adapt activities and materials to the individual needs of each student. Family involvement is essential to the success of students with SEN. Close communication between school and family allowed for closer monitoring of student progress and greater collaboration in implementing support strategies. There are still challenges to overcome, such as the lack of resources in some cases and the need for greater awareness about the importance of educational inclusion. |
