Riassunto:This research is based on the importance of promoting artisanal chocolate to develop experiential tourism in the Canton Vinces, so that small and medium producers of this product are benefited through tourism by generating new sources of income , creation of new workplaces and greater commercialization of its products, contributing to the development of the local economy, in addition to promoting the rescue of the historical-cultural identity that Vinces possesses, which revolves around the golden era of Fine Cocoa To Rome. Vinces is the perfect scenario to develop experiential tourism, where tourists can live with the cocoa producing communities knowing their way of life, customs, traditions, history and the process that is carried out for the production of artisanal chocolate. The results of the research were obtained through the methods, techniques and instruments that allowed to collect first-hand information through surveys and interviews applied to the population
