The EUROFIT physical test battery was applied to the selected intentional sample of 20 high school students (13 men and 7 women), through non-probabilistic sampling, for the diagnosis of conditional capacities; strength, endurance, speed and flexibility and the subsequent analysis of the influence of recreational physical activities on these through bibliographic-documentary review. Among the results, a deficient level was determined in the conditional capacities of the students in both men and women in a percentage greater than 75%, which allowed establishing recreational physical activities as a means of incident to the conditional capacities of the students through of the proposal of a plan of active recreational physical activities, ludic, and sports. |

Se utilizó un diseño de investigación no experimental de corte transversal descriptivo. Se aplicó la batería de pruebas físicas EUROFIT a la muestra intencional seleccionada de 20 estudiantes de 1ro bachillerato (13 varones y 7 mujeres), a través de un muestreo no probabilístico, para el diagnóstico de las capacidades condicionales; fuerza, resistencia, velocidad y flexibilidad y el posterior análisis de la influencia de las actividades físicas recreativas sobre estas mediante revisión bibliográfica-documental.
