Regarding the objectives, the following general objective was elaborated: Analyze the tourist impact of gastronomic fairs in Olmedo's house. in order to know the tourist impact that this type of fair leaves to favor the community. The technology used for this research work, established a mixed approach because qualitative and quantitative research techniques were used since the survey technique was achieved, which was applied through the Google Forms tool by email, and surveys aimed at different restaurant owners and administrators, as a result of these applied techniques, the final result is reached in which 98.9% express that this type of gastronomic fairs are important for tourism development and should continue to increase in the canton. |
