| Resumo: | The research indicates that the mathematical logical thinking allows significant learning development; Here the student is the protagonist of their own learning and the teacher, the guide mathematical process. To promote the development of skills and personal activities or group tasks, allowing them to solve problems, get a mathematical logical reasoning, and a pedagogical constructivism, proper reasoning to solve mathematical problems develop; thus providing mathematical mental habits, understand and appreciate the role that mathematics met. The work of research is explanatory, descriptive and explanatory type, applied to a sample of 15 teachers and 35 elementary school students, were applied surveys, obtaining the following conclusions they like mathematics and solve problems but have difficulty when to solve it, parents do not supervise the work at home, poor acting ability. It is recommended to implement strategies in mathematics through motivation, criticality, creativity, imagination, creating habits of reasoning, which involves students to experience abundant and varied situations that make them appreciate the mathematical tasks, and develop mathematical habits of mind, apply reading levels, application of teaching resources, train teachers in strategies, techniques and processes. |
