The present case study determines that a reengineering of this system is of utmost importance because it will facilitate having all the information on the controls of the teaching records of the classes carried out in an orderly manner and of their legally enrolled assigned students, which will allow greater control. of the information. Web applications allow us to access information in an easy and organized way, which is why we carry out this study to see its strengths and weaknesses and thus be able to give the recommendation and potentially enhance it. With this investigative work of case study the solution to the existing problem in the institution would be given and it will allow to use the knowledge acquired in the university career.
