For this reason, it is intended to carry out this research, which aims to determine obstetric complications in multiparous pregnant women with previous cesarean sections attended at the Liborio Pancha Sotomayor Santa Elena General Hospital, period September 2023 - August 2024. The study applied a descriptive-prospective method methodology. . , with a quantitative, non-experimental-cross-sectional approach; Their sample was made up of 79 multiparous patients who have been treated in the obstetrics-gynecology area and presented obstetric complications.
