Atractivos turísticos y su influencia en el desarrollo económico del cantón Valencia, Los Ríos, año 2019

Tourism has managed to position itself as one of the main economic sectors at the international level, acquiring importance in developing countries. Tourist attractions, be they natural or cultural, play a substantial role in tourism projects worldwide. In Valencia, the tourism sector has been exploited very little, and the rural sectors that possess these attractions have lacked support for the promotion of tourism and the improvement of these sites. This research aims to analyze the potentialities of the tourism sector of the canton of Valencia and how this sector influences both the development and growth of its economy, for which they reviewed different theories on the subject raised the same that reinforce the theoretical framework presented, in addition, surveys were applied to the inhabitants of the canton, which resulted as a result that the various tourist sites have great tourist potential, but the perception of tourists on these attractions is very low, likewise, they have not been given the necessary importance by the Municipal GAD of Valencia. In addition to knowing, organizing and recording information on natural and cultural tourist attractions, will be promoted through various techniques and technological means to publicize the potential market seeking to improve tourism in this destination, with the mission that this sector promotes tourism and economic development of the canton.
