Resumo:The Urdaneta Canton Transit Agency, despite being a public institution, is threatened by constant complaints from users about the quality of the service it provides, therefore, by describing and analyzing each of the daily events It seeks to detect the problems, causes and effects that generate inconveniences; It is developed under the sub-line of research companies and public and private institutions. The quality of user service is one of the issues that has transcended borders, it is considered one of the main points that every company must meet regardless of the type, size or nature of its activities, since customers become more and more demanding in terms of the supply of services within them consider relevant factors such as reliability, quality, reasonable times and constant innovation; the companies as such must have the capacity to perform in such a way that when acquiring the services they generate in the clients a feeling of satisfaction.
