Итог:Preeclampsia is a hypertensive disorder that manifests itself through an increase in blood pressure greater than or equal to 140 mmhg or diastolic blood pressure greater than or equal to 90 mmhg, with or without proteinuria beginning from the 20th week of gestation, being one of the most common causes if they are not treated in time causing maternal and perinatal morbidity. The present clinical case is based on a patient with moderate preeclampsia primigesta with a history of infertility with a twin pregnancy with male fetuses, who presents an increase in blood pressure from 25 weeks began with the elevation of blood pressure and certain signs and symptoms of hypertensive disorder. When developing the nursing care process in the patient with preeclampsia, a data collection was carried out that allows specific nursing care to be prioritized, thus contributing to improving the patient's health and well-being care through the application of the different care of nursing.
