Sažetak:Gastronomy is considered the longest-lasting part of a culture and tradition, so gastronomy tourism has become one of the fastest growing components of the attractiveness of tourist destinations in recent years, due to the strong attraction of activities where the motivation of tourists to experience the development of gastronomic tourism is born. Therefore, it is ensured that in order to pay attention to the gastronomic culture of the spa, El Manantial must be managed with the stakeholders. The objective of this work is to analyze the promotion and dissemination of the El Manantial spa to measure the tourist development of the destination. The methodology of this study has a qualitative approach where descriptive and bibliographic research was applied; and, to obtain real data, a survey was applied using the Google forms tool where it was possible to identify that the spa does not have a gastronomic promotion and dissemination strategy in any media. The data obtained will serve for the GAD of the Valencia canton to establish projects for the promotion and dissemination of gastronomic culture to provide quality services in order to improve the tourism development of the canton.
