The present case study seeks to investigate the Olmedo’s House to contribute to historical information allowing the influx and increase of tourists and economic income, motivated by the preservation of this material asset, therefore, caring for and giving interest to this heritage demonstrates an important value for the inhabitants of the Babahoyo Canton. This case study aims to develop the Olmedo’s House, because it is an important resource that the Babahoyo Canton preserves. This tourist resource is located near the shore of the Babahoyo River in the making of La Virginia, which does not have an abundance of tourists. |
