This case study aims to develop the Olmedo’s House, because it is an important resource that the Babahoyo Canton preserves. This tourist resource is located near the shore of the Babahoyo River in the making of La Virginia, which does not have an abundance of tourists. |

This tourist resource is located near the shore of the Babahoyo River in the making of La Virginia, which does not have an abundance of tourists.Esta investigación va encaminada al ¨Análisis Del Estado De Situación Turístico De La Casa De Olmedo Y Los Factores Que Impiden Su Desarrollo, en el año 2020¨, tiene la intención de fortalecer a la población en el sentido turístico e integrador del valor histórico que representa la Casa de Olmedo, pues con el paso de los tiempo y el transcurso del espacio ha sido de poco interés para la población y para las autoridades gubernamentales, promoviendo el reconocimiento y protección de este Patrimonio Histórico Cultural. El presente estudio de caso, procura investigar la Casa de Olmedo para contribuir a la información histórica permitiendo la afluencia e incremento de turistas e ingresos económico, motivados por la preservación de este bien material, por ende, el cuidar y darle interés a este Patrimonio demuestra un valor importante para los habitantes del Cantón Babahoyo. Este estudio de caso tiene como objetivo desarrollar turísticamente la Casa de Olmedo, porque es un recurso importante que conserva el Cantón Babahoyo.
