The objective of our research is to determine dietary habits and their influence on the development of type ll diabetes mellitus in adults aged 18 to 40 years of the Mirtos sector. Vinces. This leads us to use a quantitative and qualitative approach, it was a cross-sectional descriptive field study, a non-probabilistic sampling was done because our sample is made up of 45 people applying them to adults from 18 to 40 years of age This research study is developed by several stages in it we use surveys where we have noticed that there is a large deficit of knowledge about diabetes that people are not making enough time to avoid all these complications we have considered giving educational talks making known how good it is to exercise eating the right food |
