الملخص: | Playful activities are characterized by creating meaningful experiences based on games, dances, activities, exercises, etc.; that generate in the child a feeling of consolidated learning, because it gives them the necessary freedom to perform the actions while enjoying it. On the other hand, visuomotor coordination is the ability that is acquired in the first years of life and is perfected in the school stage, in such a way that it consists of the execution of controlled movements that require a lot of precision, being the organs of the eyes and hands used simultaneously. In this sense, the purpose of this research work is to analyze the influence of recreational activities on the development of visual-motor coordination in children from 3 to 4 years of the School of Basic Education Professor Carlos Coello Icaza, of the Vinces Canton. A mixed approach and descriptive-correlational research were proposed, selecting an intentional sample of 30 individuals (15 boys and 15 girls) and 14 teachers of the School of Basic Education Professor Carlos Coello Icaza. The visual-motor coordination test and the interview were applied. Results: Playful activities significantly influence the development of visual-motor coordination in children aged 3 to 4 years of the Professor Carlos Coello Icaza Basic Education School. |
