Achoimre:Through the present study about the teaching strategies for the teaching-learning of mathematics in multiplication and division with the support of the new information and communication technologies in students in the fifth year of basic of the Francisco Huerta Rendón de Babahoyo educational unit, This makes reference that at present the study of mathematics continues to be an object of interest for education, this is because, within the entire mathematical process of education, teachers to develop various logical and mathematical skills and abilities in schoolchildren , they need methodological support, through different innovative strategies that must be implemented within the educational process with the use of tics and tacs. For this reason, what we are looking for is to implement didactic strategies mediated by the support of the New Information and Communication Technologies that will affect the difficulty presented in the teaching process of the mathematical operations of multiplication and division in the fifth grade of basic education, the same ones that will contribute successfully in the teaching-learning process of schoolchildren
