Actualmente, Quevedo recibe una gran cantidad de turistas de diversos lugares que vienen a conocer su entorno natural, tradición y cultura. Es claro que la gastronomía es parte importante de los atractivos turísticos del cantón, el sabor y buen precio influyen a que tenga alta demanda, de la que dependen muchos emprendimientos de la zona que brindan una variedad de platos típicos de las preferencias del consumidor.
