This case study seeks to determine the incidence of assertive communication in interpersonal relationships with members of the Quinindé Canton Fire Department, year 2021. The methodology used in this case study was qualitative research that contemplates the use of methods and documentary techniques that I contribute to achieve the aforementioned objective. For this investigation, it was necessary to carry out a survey using Google to form the personnel of the firefighter institution with a total of 32 respondents. Where very relevant information was obtained regarding assertive communication and its results showed that there is a weakness in communicating safely in interpersonal relationships. Therefore, talks are proposed with topics related to assertive communication to strengthen interpersonal relationships of the Meritorious Fire Department of the Quinindé Canton. |
