| Gaia: | The Gastronomy of Ecuador is based on a kitchen with a wide variety of ingredients, it should be taken into account that Ecuador has access to three different types of culinary resources, fish along the coasts of the Pacific Ocean, as well as the Galapagos Islands, second to the Andes and finally, the Amazon rainforest. The kitchen revolves around these three types of sources of ingredients, making people and ethnic groups in the area can produce various local dishes, in this research focuses on the gastronomic identity of Canton Milagro and how it influences the tourist development of it. A type of exploratory and descriptive research is used, with a documentary mode when it is based on arguments from scientific articles, texts and other works that contribute to the theoretical and field framework when collecting the information of the place of the facts, with analytical - deductive methods, intended for the entire population of the Milagro canton through interviews and surveys. Once the research was carried out, the need to implement as an alternative theoretical proposal campaigns to disseminate the gastronomic image of the Milagro Canton was strengthened to strengthen the tourism development of the same and the integral development of its inhabitants. |
