For this reason, in this investigation the objective was to determine the efficiency in the inventory management of the company Donatella Fruit del Cantón Puebloviejo. In order to comply with the aforementioned, a qualitative analysis is applied methodologically, from which it was possible to determine how conclusions that the winery presents problems due to the lack of control in the inventory process at the entrances and exits, due to ignorance of the collaborators who work in the institution. |
