Sumario:Today in a globalized world, senior management or managers must expand their vision, which, for the achievement of organizational objectives and purposes, it is essential to consider the variables that influence the work climate, because they are closely related to satisfaction labor, for this reason is born the need to know the behavior of the work environment and how it is perceived by the subordinates, in fact it shows that the labor relations between the human capital acts as a fundamental basis for the collaborators to perform their functions efficiently, denote commitment and contribute to the progress and improvement of the institution.
