The human being has cognitive processes and one of them is thought, that is, the way in which things in our environment are interpreted and seen; it is formed from childhood according to the environment in which we develop. Thoughts can be rational or irrational and both have a positive or negative consequence in the subject's life. This case study has as its theme irrational thoughts and their impact on the emotional area of a 33-year-old woman in the city of Babahoyo, with the aim of helping the patient counteract irrational thoughts. |
