Summary:Why does that person act that way? This is one of the most common questions and we hear every day in the course of our lives. Because? The human being has cognitive processes and one of them is thought, that is, the way in which things in our environment are interpreted and seen; it is formed from childhood according to the environment in which we develop. Thoughts can be rational or irrational and both have a positive or negative consequence in the subject's life. This case study has as its theme irrational thoughts and their impact on the emotional area of a 33-year-old woman in the city of Babahoyo, with the aim of helping the patient counteract irrational thoughts.
