Shrnutí:This research whose objective is to elaborate an ancestral gastronomic inventory and with the cultural tourism of the Lago Agrio canton, province of Sucumbíos, where those procedures that must be executed are established, such as searching for the points of sale of ancestral gastronomy of the Lago Agrio canton; implement strategies that help us publicize the points of sale of typical dishes and publicize with advertising styles. It is presented as a feasible project that will solve and provide a gastronomic inventory and with them show the tourism of the sector as an initiative for small entrepreneurs to show and sell their gastronomy and adventure tourism. According to the number of inhabitants, working with a sample of 200 people among them, citizens and entrepreneurs, the results gave a list of the most representative food dishes of the place and showing each of its characteristics and prices to have greater knowledge for promote tourism to visitors and tourists. This research provided very important data to generate more tourism in the locality related to ancestral gastronomy and adventure tourism as a source of income for the Lago Agrio canton.
