Samenvatting:Audiovisual production as a training tool provides students with the development of a great diversity of ideas, topics of general interest and content that can be addressed for academic purposes through it, so that in this way the way in which we count, transmit and represent. Students being immersed in the world of audiovisual production apart from helping with the theoretical part, are able to develop their creativity by developing works that exceed the teacher's expectations, in the same way with this practical teaching resource some discover their passion for audiovisual art and it is also very useful to prepare them when they become communication professionals or if they have projects to produce independently through digital platforms. Using the survey and interview as a technique, it was concluded that it is important for students of the social communication career of the Technical University of Babahoyo to be sent to produce audiovisual content because only through practice can they gain experience, develop skills and capabilities that will be useful when they become professionals in communication.
