Currently, with globalization and information and communication technologies (ICTs), large companies and micro businesses are struggling to position themselves better in the market, which has led to the development of systems that allow them to record their growth, such software optimizes the administrative control by means of a precise follow-up of all the processes that are realized within the organization in real time giving detailed reports of all the transactions that it realizes, what allows to the administrators of the organization help in the decision making. For this reason, when carrying out the following case study whose primary objective is to determine the feasibility of creating a system of income and payments for the control of banana production in the Hacienda "El Eden" of the canton Vinces parish Antonio Sotomayor, to achieving this objective the present investigation was based on the general information of the hacienda; In addition to identifying the problems that you want to solve with the software and evaluate a feasible solution when developing it.
