| Streszczenie: | The present work of practical component of complex examination was carried out with the objective of reporting the analysis of the productive chain and commercialization of fine aroma cocoa in the Province of Los Ríos. The methodology applied was descriptive, through the investigation of texts, magazines, theses, electronic pages, virtual libraries and scientific articles, which facilitated the respective ordering, analysis and summary of the work. The productive chain made up of interconnected actors executes a process of operations of production, transformation and commercialization of a product, where the direct actors are those who are in charge of generating the raw material and selling the product to the final consumer, whether in grain or semi-finished, while the indirect actors are in charge of providing operational and support services, such as; financial entities, public and private support institutions, etc. In the province of Los Ríos, it is necessary to improve the distribution channels of the small producer through technology transfer and training with the need to promote local, regional and national development, through a marketing process that takes advantage of the presence specialized market with high production demands. The socioeconomic situation of the producers of the province has limitations for the development of their cultivation, whether it is lack of inputs, lack of machinery and the variable prices of the bag of cocoa due to informal trade. The research carried out provides information to the cocoa producer that allows him to improve prices through the improvement of the production chain through a direct sale of cocoa from the farmer to the exporter, avoiding intermediaries, who deteriorate prices and product quality. |
