The research technique that is adapted to the research problem is the survey with which the information was collected based on a previously designed questionnaire that was answered by the workers of the company CNEL-EP Los Ríos, the research took as a reference the subline of Marketing and Commercialization research that belongs to the career of commerce of the School of Administration with which the investigation of the present case study is based. |
