Résumé:This research work will highlight the identification of traditional artisanal beverages as an attraction of Ecuadorian gastronomic tourism, with the purpose of promoting cultures, customs and ancestral traditions reflected in the techniques of beverage preparation to promote cultural tourism attraction. Ancestral traditions promote Ecuadorian gastronomic tourism attractiveness by providing an added value to the processes of beverage preparation, knowledge acquired from cultural syncretism transmitted from generation to generation and currently put into practice. The collection of information to identify traditional handcrafted beverages as an attraction of Ecuadorian gastronomic tourism was generated through documentary or biographical and diagnostic research applying the descriptive method that will allow the collection of information of the case study.
