Crynodeb:The present case study called: Human Talent Management of the ´´Anthony´´ Supermarket of the City of Babahoyo has the purpose of determining the main shortcomings that the entity possesses around the aforementioned variable and the way in which it affects job performance. of the collaborators of the institution, reducing its productivity and profitability. Through the application of a descriptive-bibliographical methodology, it is intended to expose the situations and scenarios that arise in the organization, supporting them with concepts of valid theoretical sources that allow measuring the impact of each indicator of dissatisfaction on the economic standards and quality of the company in question. Through the use of appropriate information collection instruments and techniques such as the interview guide, questionnaires, interviews and surveys applied to the administrator and collaborators respectively of the "Anthony" Supermarket in the city of Babahoyo, it is intended to verify the most common situations that affect to the work performance of the personnel and its repercussions within the profitability and efficiency of the institution.
