Резюме:This case study focuses on analyzing the satisfaction perceived by the customer in relation to the customer service offered by the Niña Bonita Hardware Store to the citizens of the Babahoyo Canton. The objective of the case study is to detect and investigate those factors that affect the provision of a good service for customers, who consider a series of behaviors when buying from a company such as: efficiency, attitude, aptitude and capacity. of response that employees show before the doubts presented by the clients. As a methodological resource, an interview and a survey were used, which allowed obtaining important information to better support the case study, the interview applied to the manager of the company and the survey applied to regular clients who stock up on the products offered by Pretty Girl Hardware.
