As a methodological resource, an interview and a survey were used, which allowed obtaining important information to better support the case study, the interview applied to the manager of the company and the survey applied to regular clients who stock up on the products offered by Pretty Girl Hardware.

El objetivo del estudio de caso es detectar e indagar aquellos factores que inciden en la prestación de un buen para los clientes, quienes consideran una serie de comportamientos al momento de comprar en una empresa tales como: eficiencia, la actitud, la aptitud y la capacidad de respuesta que muestran los empleados antes las dudas presentadas por los clientes.
