Cuidados de enfermería en un paciente de 55 años de edad con insuficiencia renal crónica

One of the reasons why this clinical case study was conducted is because in Ecuador there is a high morbidity rate of chronic renal failure since in our professional life as graduates in nursing we can find this pathology or different from it. The nursing care process involves an encompassing through a nursing diagnosis that allows to verify the potential problems evidenced in order to plan the activities that will help improve the patient's clinical condition. Therefore, one of the main reasons applied to the patient is to provide good quality care and warmth in direct care nursing interventions and obtain favorable results and improve their health, when performing these procedures the proposed objective that was implemented was achieved.
