Rehabilitación pulmonar y su influencia en el tratamiento de la enfermedad pulmonar obstructiva crónica en pacientes adultos mayores que acuden al hospital IESS Babahoyo Los Rios primer semestre 2018.

By means of the investigation carried out in the IESS Babahoyo hospital, he consents to know the influence of the Pulmonary Rehabilitation as an alternative measure for the treatment in patients suffering from Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, since it is difficult it shows needs that consent in the application of a program of talks about the care, prevention to improve the lifestyle of patients who come to IESS Babahoyo hospital. The study methodology developed was field, exploratory and descriptive, through the use of the deductive method, with a qualitative-quantitative approach. The universe of study was 145 elderly patients who entered the IESS Hospital of the Babahoyo Canton of Los Ríos Province during the first semester of 2018 and the study sample was 85 people. Intentional non-probabilistic sampling was used. The technique of unstructured and direct scientific observation, the unstructured interview and the survey to gather information were applied. Through knowledge to patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, from IESS Babahoyo hospital; Mediating issues related to the benefits of Pulmonary Rehabilitation in patients with this pathology, obtaining that the patient has excellent pulmonary ventilation improving their lifestyle. The application of pulmonary rehabilitation techniques for the early improvement of the patient is considered of great importance.
