Sažetak:The main objective pursued by this researching job is to improve the positioning of “Gabriel Footwear Factory”, by developing a marketing plan, which will reflect an increase over profitability. The basic problem is related to the factory low market positioning; this inconvenience was originated by high prices and lack of advertising within the surrounding medium in which it develops. The applied research methodology is descriptive and quantitative, because the customers outlook against the company was analyzed, moreover empirical and statistical methods was used, with their respective techniques as; observation, interview and survey to some people from Ambato city; this process contributed in determining the customers’ needs….
