| Crynodeb: | The current education is undergoing a process of innovation with the support of technology that requires a quality education. The need to modify the systems of learning and methodologies to change the traditional model in the classroom has been analyzed. In this context, educators should bring about changes in the way of teaching students. Therefore; it is necessary to apply innovative methodological strategies, enabling along with other resources to decrease the detected shortcomings significantly in the teaching practice. An excellent example of that is the "flipping classroom" which is a new pedagogical approach that reverses the traditional method of teaching. The objective of this research is to analyze the incidence that has that classroom in the development of reflective learning through the descriptive analysis to contribute with relevant data in the research project. The methodology applied is based on the quantitative approach, with the use of deductive-inductive method along with bibliographic and field research to analyze flipping classroom at the development of reflective learning in educators. To gather information as a technique with its instrument survey, a questionnaire was used to students and teachers from the institution, at the same time the data were analyzed and interpreted to determine the problems of study. The results were announced that teachers continue applying during their practice traditional teaching strategies; teachers often plays the most active role, explaining and transmitting their knowledge, while the student adopts a more passive attitude of simple receivers from a wide range of expertise. This research contributes to the field of education, since it requires a change of mentality of all those involved in the teaching-learning process, mainly teachers, who must be updated technological, pedagogical, and educationally to deal with new classroom environment to be competent for designing and implementing technical support and instructions to be used outside of the classroom and the students, who will be the protagonists of their own learning |
