This project aims to administrative processes uprising of an administrative for quality assurance in the Academic General Direction of the Technical University of Cotopaxi, for which a methodology was based on interviews were conducted to 4 vice deans, 2 subdirectors of extension and director of quality assurance, in order to seek information to help improving the administrative management of the Academic General Direction (DGA) of the UTC, The results obtained were the different processes, 6 rulers and 11 value-adding with their respective flowcharts that support academic efficiency and effectiveness, in order to contribute to the University mission, which is focused on quality, innovation and democratization with humanism as a fundamental basis through the generation of scientific and technological knowledge to influence the change of the productive matrix, in permanent contact with the social and productive sectors of the region and the country, supporting the process of transformation and development. |
