Sažetak:The following research study was developed by diagnosing the Baccalaureate students of the Colegio Fiscal 11 de Marzo; it sought the deficient teaching-learning process of English, in terms of their little or no interest on this subject, lack of fluency, lack of motivation in their learning process, fear of being teased, etc. According to this plan, two questions have been raised: How to motivate students for effective self-learning from an ethnolinguistic perspective? What methodology will be used to improve the English language teaching process that contributes to local community development? These, to strengthen students’ fundamental knowledge about the language, valuing the influence of their mother tongue in the speech production. This research is epistemologically based on authors such as: Rocío Pantoja, Josep M. Baldaqui, Islas Torres; who express their position regarding the importance of integrating the B-learning programs into the English language teaching process. Such a way aspect is essential to achieve development and inclusion, highlighting education as a fundamental axis of progress and local development. Based on the problem, a proposal was designed to improve the teaching-learning process of the English language through the implementation of the B-learning system from an ethnolinguistic context. This process was done through the use of technological tools as part of the strategies proposed according to the identified students, with the aim of achieving meaningful learning, through the application of virtual platforms that eradicate passive behaviors previously evidenced in this research
