| Итог: | In the association of farmers from La Maná "ASCALA" one of the activities carried out is the manufacture of chocolate, which is currently done by traditional methods. Chocolate has several processes to be obtained as a final product. This project has as scope to streamline one of these processes, that is to say, that this project is based mainly on the implementation of a cocoa roaster oven machine with a capacity of 15 kg for the production of chocolate, this involved a collection of data showing how to make a correct roasting of cocoa to maintain a good quality of it. Subsequently, a search for the components involved in the creation of the machine was carried out, where it was found that one of the main components for the manufacture of the machine is AISI 430 steel, which is suitable for working with food. In the part of the subsystem, where the autonomous part of the machine is created, a temperature controller was implemented that includes a temperature sensor that allows the operator to control the temperature of the roasting chamber, which works automatically. Controlling the temperature of the resistors, with the help of an operator who is in charge of checking the roasted cocoa beans in order to certify a good roasting quality. In conclusion, we have that the machine speeds up the process of cocoa roasting, and reduces the time of the operator in the process of cocoa roasting. |
