Итог:This research work is part of the administrative process structuring laboratory tourist interpretation in carrer engineering at the technical University of Cotopaxi. The investigation has three chapters, the first is the theoretical foundation of the laboratory’s administrative area, help in to guide and theoretically substantiate the research, the second chapter defines the methodology itself which is addressed by the literature and descriptive research that allows investigate several bibliographies that helps develop the work, based on inductive, deductive, descriptive methods, based on primary and secondary sources allow the interview to argue, in order to collect data and specific information for the development of the Administrative Process, plus meet with flags of the Board of Assessment, Accreditation and quality Assurance in Higher Education (CEAACES) requiring accreditation processes to achieve quality education, the components of the administrative process is structured considering the four fundamental steps such as planning governed by the strategic, operational and action plans, the organization based on structural and functional organizational structure as well as the processes and procedures must be developed….
