Shrnutí:The companies are looking to increase their competitive advantages in the market, it is why the strategic plan represents a necessary tool to accomplish the objectives and goals, which are developed in a short, medium, and large period depending on the size of the company. It means that the plans and actions established in the strategic plan must be detailed to delegate functions in each operative level in the organization. From this perspective, this present research aims to develop a strategic plan by the company “CARNIDEM CASA GULLO” which contains fundamental aspects that helped to define the business philosophy, the objectives, the goals, and the strategies….
