Sumari:This research had the participation of the principal, teachers, parents and children of the General Victor Proaño School in order to fulfill the study purpose. For this the methodologies, strategies, techniques dominate the activities of teachers in their daily challenge of educative inclusion is investigated, then the innovations suggested by the Education Law of Ecuador for the integration of students with special educative necessities. With the collected data is proposed as a strategy for change, "including educational workshops for teachers to improve the teaching-learning process of children with special educative needs." Inclusive education workshops for parents to enhance the self-esteem of children with special educative needs and thus better into society unfold.Finally, educative inclusion students Workshop improve their performance and interpersonal relationships.
