Shrnutí:The present research was executed in “DON GUAYTA” sausages, the plant does not have the standardization of the processing times, consequently, the aim in to analyze the production processes for the productive improvement, through the a time study application, factors were identified, what can be improved, by proposals, which allow the enterprise to increase production and improve manufacturing processes. The type of research is descriptive as existing information was used. The Project execution began with the plant recognition, in order to focus the study, it was based on the sales history analysis to determine those products with the greatest demand, being products, such as beef sausage, pink button, smoked sausage and chorizo paisa, what represent total sales 46%, the processes were graphed, using tools, such as the Process Operation Diagram and Process Analysis Diagram, subsequently, it was made a time study to determine the standard and cycle times each process, with these result, it was identified, what the stuffing thread is the one that consumes the most time within the production cycle and according to this was made the improvement proposal. Finally, with the made proposal to increase productivity, it was gota n increase from 8 units/hour to 12 units/hour, in the beef sausage case, and it increased the production capacity from 64 to 96, which represents 128 units per month more, generating an increase in the $928 dollars income, monthly.
