Afegir etiqueta | Sumari: | The main aim of this research work was to standardize the productive processes of the ELPO area, through a study of times. A standard time was considered for each operation, verifying inappropriate delays that do not add value but are part of the process. The proposed study was proposed as an exploratory research project, a field modality was adopted, applying tools such as direct observation of the different operations of the ELPO area in order to solve the delay times within the industry, identifying the different operations, and documentary review of the current diagnosis of the industry, the daily production of the process, real time survey of the different activities of the productive processes, times which are added and do not add value in the process, development of work standards in order to obtain the optimum time. The results obtained allowed to identify the production line of ELPO, by taking time from the activities, using resources such as camera and chronometer, later it was possible to determine which were the stations that generate delays in the processes, reducing unnecessary times and delays existing in the implementation of the activities allowing to increase the productivity to 25 daily units. It is concluded that the ELPO area does not have a standardization of processes, allowing to take the times of each one of the operations where the efficiency of the different activities was determined, through these results a proposal for the improvement of the productive process was made. |
