| Summary: | The present research set up as a problem, the lack of knowledge of the Waldorf methodology by teachers and how to apply it in the educational scope, being one of the factors the lack of self-preparation and training on education. Based on this argument, the problem was formulated: How do alternative methodological strategies influence the comprehensive development of children in initial education? Therefore, the general objective proposed was the "Design of a guide of alternative methodological strategies to the integral development in children, based on Waldorf pedagogy to the teachers at Leontiev Vigotsky Educational Unit". The methodology in this study was a qualitative-quantitative approach. On the other hand, the modality was an applied research, of descriptive type where it was sought to determine the alternative methodologies in the teaching-learning process and how they benefit in the integral development. of children from 3 to 5 years at Vigotsky Educational Unit. The technique used for data collection was the survey applying to the initial education teachers, thus they allowed to get evident results that there is little knowledge about the study methodology. Hence, it was considered pertinent to design a guide of Waldorf methodological strategies, which are designed to enhance integral development. Consequently, the proposal was applied to the teachers in order to improve their educational practice, prior to its application it was reviewed and evaluated by experts and users, who gave the endorsement that supports its viability and feasibility. |
