In addition, the diagnosis and its application in the place under analysis was carried out because the problem statement describes how creativity in the teaching-learning process influences through a proposal focused on specific objectives; it began with the perceptual level because it allowed to explore and describe everything that is defined about the development of creativity in the teaching-learning process, apprehensive since it compares and analyzes the results obtained in this research, at the same time it was experimental because direct observation of the educational community that was part of the research problem was carried out; it was also projective, since it was possible to focus on the importance of the development of creativity in the teaching-learning process.
