Incidencia de la estructura organizacional en la productividad de la gasolinera San Juan del cantón Píllaro, año 2020.

The purpose of this titling work is to develop an organizational structure that allows productive improvement at the San Juan gas station in the Píllaro canton. The business organization that allows the conception of a formal structure, for administrative and human resource management, work overload, dual functions, demotivation, unharmonious organizational climate, generating a decrease in productivity. The methodology used was a qualitative approach, basic modality and case study method, the population and the sample was finite of ten (10) workers, the data collection techniques were observation and interview and the instruments were the checklist and the interview guide. The theoretical reference was the background and the literature consulted on the subject. The results of the observation and application of the interview revealed the weaknesses of the institution and the need to implement an organizational structure. As a proposal, a simple or linear structure model was designed, clearly defining the hierarchy levels, as well as the job description of the ten jobs, in order to be applied and, in this way, promote improvement. of all internal processes and productivity. It concludes with the fulfillment of the stated objectives and the recommendations were oriented to the implementation of the proposed structure, the use of the suggested job description, training programs, motivation, customer service and improvement in efficiency, effectiveness and working environment.
