总结:The research was carried out in the “VITRO Plantas” biotechnology laboratory in the geographical coordinates latitude 1°25,0 south, longitude 78°35,22” west with an altitude of 2855 masl (meters above the sea level) located in the San Fernando neighborhood of Cevallos canton, Tungurahua province. The blueberry (Vaccinium corymbosum L) has become a very appetizing fruit due to the benefits it brings to both health and the economy of society, its propagation has been affected by the loss of quality of the plant and its fruits due to this reason, the research was developed with the objective of developing the in vitro propagation of this species, develop a propagation protocol for the cultivation of blueberry, evaluate the appropriate culture medium for in vitro multiplication of blueberry, the in vitro establishment stage was validated and the use of more effective disinfectants such as the combination of distilled water, 70% alcohol and 70% sodium hypochlorite with the aseptically established micro stakes, the effect of 3 growth hormones in the different treatments was evaluated, observing that the 4 (WPM+Z) treatment was very effective for sprouting and multiplication, it improves the nutritional conditions of the crop reflecting results in higher growth and better appearance of the sprouts, it should be mentioned that the proper sterilization conditions result in 4% in vitro contamination.
